The Gjallarwing and Amazon

Anyone else getting the response from Amazon UK about the Gjallarwing only being available in US and not a UK promotion. Maybe a prompt from Bungie would help us.... my horn just doesn't compete now.

  • Same problem, no code, contacted amazon got same reply. Not happy with this, contacted them again, got this reply This is Shaun from the Games and Software Downloads department, I'm sorry about the issue with Destiny - Rise of Iron DLC and the Gjallarwing bonus. We are aware of this matter and we've reported it to the relevant team, who are researching the issue further. At the moment, however, I can confirm that only the Gjallarhorn is mentioned on the Amazon product details page (https://www.amazon.co.uk/dp/B01GSJ1RU8). "Pre-order and get the black and silver Iron Gjallarhorn Rocker Launcher." Situations such as this are rare and our goal is to help resolve any problems you encounter as quickly as possible. Thanks for your patience while we look into this. Watch this space?

    [url=http://www.vg247.com/2016/09/22/destiny-rise-of-iron-amazon-customers-arent-happy-after-not-receiving-the-iron-gjallarwing-pre-order-bonus/]vg247[/url] is reporting that Amazon are emailing out codes for the Gjallarwing . But it is unclear if this is for US Amazon customers only. According to the article: "Activision has told VG247 that the reported issues have now been resolved". I also bought ROI from Amazon UK and have still not received a code for the Gjallarwing. I will be contacting Amazon (again!) this weekend and will update this when if have more info.
