Emblems

I have emblems in my inventory that i cant equip,( ex. Pathfinder Sign) It says "Requires" at the top and i cant equip it anymore. Just a bug? ~Working Now~

I am missing Nepal, heart of foundation, tricorn, 7-7 etc. basically every one of my redeemable code emblems are all gone. Bungie needs to fix this ASAP! Highly upset.
