Same problem here. Glad to know it isn't just us. We purchased the SINGLE "Rise of Iron" DLC from the PSN store--NOT the bundle. Since the 1.28 update--we CANNOT download the update, or the digital version of our Destiny games, or any of the previous DLC. Basically, as of this very moment, we are unable to play Destiny since the ROI release. We too are located in central Illinois & Mediacom is our ISP. We also play Destiny on Xbox1 whenever PSN goes down, but barely getting thru HoW on Xbox1. All my good stuff is on PS4 Destiny. Its like starting from scratch--but at least I'm playing. We bought the bundle on Xbox1 & it plays with no problems. Issues seems to be with the SINGLE ROI DLC & not the bundle. I'm gonna try the port forwarding, & hopefully the PSN store will have this corrected by next reset. I'll keep checking these forums for updates--thanks for the info. Please feel free to add us on PS4 (we are on central time in central Illinois)
