How did you get the Khvostov Parts? Beem hunting Siva fragments all morning to see if it ties to an exotic questline.

I think you can get them by dismantling your original Khvostov as well... assuming you kept it.

There scattered around. Found mine in the rocket yard and the divide part of patrol. YouTube guides are out if you need help
