After you need to jump out of the gondola, at the bottom of that hill to the right there's a little ledge you can jump to. On this ledge the Dormant SIVA Cluster is there. In the back the Dormant SIVA Cluster is behind one of the metal bars. From where you spawn in, to the left there's some rocks you can climb. You need to ascend all the way to the top and the Dormant SIVA Cluster will be at the top. It can be a little tricky to get, I suggest using high Agility to help with some jumps. Head to the back of the Rocketyard and go towards the Refinery / where you would go for the Sepiks strike. Drop down through the whole in the wall into the train area and pass through. Once you exit that area, on the left is an open Hive ship. Go into the Hive ship and on the opposite side of the pillar the Dormant SIVA Cluster is waiting there. Right before the large doorway that leads towards Sepiks, to the right side behind a pillar the Dormant SIVA Cluster is there. In here there is 3 big pillars in the room, behind the left one is the Dormant SIVA Cluster.
