Gear Manager Problems for Xbox One.

I am player on Xbox One and I am trying to access my game manager for my characters but it says: Notice We’re no longer able to display the information you seek. When I try to access my gear manager. It also has a link that sends me to a legacy console changes page. I don't know what to do.

    • I'm having the same sort of issue. I can't access any stats for my characters or my profile. I've played on both Xbox 360 and XB1 but have been playing on the XB1 exclusively since the beginning of August. I accepted the import agreement/notification when it was posted up (mid August maybe?), but am confused why this is happening now. Hopefully this last minute hot-fix/patch will take care of all of this. Otherwise I can't transfer items or access grimoire through the app.
