Cannot equip earthborn emblem anymore
Hey guys,
I bought the official soundtrack twice about 8 months ago so that I could have the earthborn emblem on both xbox and playstation. Recently I have been unable to equip the emblem (on xbox) with it just saying "required". It is no longer at the emblem kiosk either.
Have contacted customer service four times now in the past two months but not even had an acknowledgement of my email.
Anybody out there help a fellow guardian?

Do you have multiple Bungie.net accounts? The soundtrack emblem was a code you had to redeem through the website and link to your Bungie.net profile, right? The PSN ID and gamertag linked to the Bungie.net account that redeemed the code should have access to the emblem. You can check which codes your account has redeemed on this page: https://www.bungie.net/en/Profile/Codes If it was redeemed with the account you made this post with, is the earthborn emblem on your jawhits23 PSN account?
