The beta emblem is not bungie account specific. Its tied to the console you took part in the beta with.
The TTK pre-order bonuses are also specific to the psn account you used to purchase the dlc on.

Right, but in that case the preorder bonuses including the shader and emblem shouldn't be showing up for me on XB1 like they are. That's where I'm getting confused.

Is it possible Suros Minimalist and Suros Fire just aren't exclusives? Or if they're exceptions then if you got The Collection? Because I definitely have them and I have no clue why haha. I'm not complaining - in fact I was ready to ask if there was any way to get them still but went ahead and pulled the trigger on buying it anyway. It's just really confusing that they're there.

They are not. Everyone got those eventually after TTK was released.
