ummm... that would break Helm of Inmost Light. way too OP.
for Twilight Garrison my suggestion would be, since it's Cabal based, that if be more like a Legionnaire jump when activated on the ground. then you get your regular lift ability on top. and make it accept shaders.

I disagree. Inmost's current buffs only give you two ways to wiff your super. My suggestion would completely replace those two. And would it be any worse than a Golden Gun 4 shot or the extra roaming potential of the Tarantella. Or even the power of dual stormcaller melees from Claws?
-
I think it would be. with those roaming supers you get either a loud sound or see them coming a mile away. you currently get a very small window to either kill or evade a FoH. take out the animation (which is really quite short) and you get no ability to evade. I think that would break it.
-
True enough but there is a new artifact coming out that allows you to see guardians who have their supers charged. That is a direct counter to that
-
except you have no idea what super they are using. you would still be able to evade hammers, WoD, but not FoH. still broken.
-
I'd say the amount of time that people have avoided FoH is so minor to the amount of people who have that it wouldn't be that bad. Besides the artifacts that ARE coming out are more likely to be overpowered than this hypothetical exotic that would only see any use maybe two to three times per match (non-mayhem) as opposed to other more top-tier exotics.

if you see a death from above start to charge you have just enough time to get out of their. if they just floof up into the air and instantly rocket at you it puts you at a terrible disadvantage. one that I would say is unfair.

You have less playtime across three characters than on my main and possibly my second. I wouldn't exactly call you a crucible expert when it comes to what is balanced or not.
-
I never claimed to be a crucible expert. I can't stand being forced to use one of 3 guns to do well because the -blam!-ing asshat overlords decide they don't like a certain weapon class anymore. on top of that, most of my playtime in crucible is no longer reflected on the Bungie.net stats. it doesn't go any further back for me than February of this year. I have way more stats from the first couple months of Vanilla Launch that have disappeared. (not that I was any good then and if those stats were here you'd laugh even more at my statements) but I've played enough to know that the difference between seeing something coming, and not seeing it coming under the same circumstances two years apart is a questionable decision, at best.
