I think it is in a very good place where it is. it has good range, great stability. couple it with the Radiant dance Machines and your world will never be the same...

It's time to kill is very slow so it's not really in a great place in terms of archtype and its stability is like 15-20 so it really doesn't have great stability.

it gains increased stability when ADS and even more after the perk activates. the speed boost while aiming allows you to out strafe the linear nature of scout rifles while still head tapping your target. so yes, while it has a 1 second ttk, it also helps slow down other weapon ttk's.

It doesn't slow anyones time to kill. It has nothing that slows another weapons TTK down. That's not how things work. And the stability increase is a buff on top of current stability which is crap so it's not very high. The gun just isn't as good statistically as a lot of other HCs. I'm not saying you're wrong for liking it, I like thorn still and they've completely gimped it. I'm just saying it could still use a bit of a buff.

Im just going to ignore any you say after that last thing you said about TFC making other weapons ttk slower.
