THE ONLY time we use TOM is IN..i repeat.. IN THE RAID.. so please explain to us how your software algorithm ... showed more people using TOM outside the raid??????????? I bet you that more people used TOM IN THE RAID than "...OUTSIDE OF THE RAID..."

I used ToM with NBP on my defender with the constantly regenning over shield perk active. During strikes I was able to outkill random teammates by about 150 kills or more because I had access to high damage all the time and infinite ammo at that. Whenever I didn't have my super, I killed one foe with my shotgun and then switched to ToM again until I was able to use Blessing of Light. I can only imagine how quickly new content would be beaten with a strategy revolving around this idea. That said, Bungie has not mentioned if they also nerfed the overshield triggered by melee or No Back Up Plans. ToM made good use of that as well.
