TBH, it is a pretty good perk to have now. I have been testing the perk for about an hour now, and it is very good. Here is the data I have collected (the weapon used is the saterienne rapier): No guerilla fighter: Accuracy is decent. Handling decent. Takes an average of 20 seconds for a group of Vandal's to kill me. Guerilla fighter on: Accuracy is better, more likely to hit where I aim. Handling has significantly improved. Average time for same group of Vandal's to kill me is 27 seconds. You don't have to spend 30 hours trying to get a weapon with this perk, but if you do, I highly recommend trying it. It has had very noticable improvements and I see a possibility of using it more often. Update: PvP trials will begin soon, though it may take longer to update you guys due to the unpredictable nature of it.
