Rise of Iron may be purchased from the Xbox Marketplace through The Collection - Upgrade for $39.99 U.S Dollars (Conversion Rates Apply). If you cannot purchase the Upgrade for whatever reason, you may still purchase Destiny The Collection for $59.99 U.S Dollars.
Whenever you attempt to purchase Rise of Iron from a Local Retailer, they [u]do not[/u] provide a [u]Rise of Iron Code[/u]. They simply provide Console Currency which can be used to purchase items digitally on the Xbox Marketplace.

I've since managed to buy it in the Xbox store following instructions from another forum post and only had to preorder the update and not the full collection as expected. What concerns me more is the fact that one of the biggest UK Game retailers isn't stocking Xbox codes!!
