flinch based on impact stat maybe or weapon type? I'm trying to think of a way to satisfy the need to limit sniping godliness but promote primarys thus limiting the nerf/buff ratio. although I already see the MIDA and its abnormal flinch power gaining even more insane advantage once again with this flinch tweeking... MIDA forever the meta... smh

That is exactly how it should be. And if you are out of your weapons effective range the flinch decreases dramatically.
