They didn't need to nerf unflinching. It was small perk that didn't do a lot and now is completely thrash to anyone that have a gun with the perk.

My Triple Tap, explosive rounds, unflinching 1000 Yard Stare now has one bad perk. In still going to use it because it's pretty dang good
