Can confirm. Happened to me while patrolling the dreadnaught, an acolyte got too close (was maybe 3 centimetres from my face), headshotted it, it blew up, i heard the sound of several firefly effects triggering and then the game crashed.

Yup it happened to me today patrolling Mars, using Imagoo loop with firefly. (Headshot cabal legionaire) Game just froze and kicked me out. Sux. Bungie plz fix!

Yup. Its still going on. Was in the middle of a strike and boom. Game froze from firefly. Please fix this Bungie.
