I'm sick of the constant nerfs making it feel like I'm progressively getting weaker. We do not need Universal Remote to be an even more pathetic PvE weapon than it already is. I'm going to go play a game that actually makes me feel like I'm getting more powerful. Like Skyrim, or Kirby, or goddamn Rock Paper Scissors.
Edit: WOOOOOO! 100 UPVOTES! Now, we hope for a response from Bungie.
Edit 2: Just to clarify, the main reason why I want PvE and PvP separated isn't because I want less nerfs (that's one reason, but it's not the main one). It's because of the countless times when something gets nerfed for being too strong in PvP, even though it was fine, or even needed a buff, in PvE.
Edit 3: 200 upvotes now! Still waiting...

I agree with separating PvP and PvE too. Not just splitting PvP and PvE but let the story be complete without Raids and Strikes too.

I up vote everyone i see of these posts. crucible balance shouldnt impact pve mode. I honestly dont know why they stick with it in this way.
-
It's really irritating because they post the weapon balancing and what changes took affect on the weapons themselves. But they never really specify how that's affected in PvE... Sure time to kill a guardian on a specific weapon might change in crucible, but what about fallen captain majors, or world bosses or anything like that? We don't really have stats for that, and it always feels like our weapons are becoming less and less effective. Their excuse is they want to make the guns feel consistent... Well how does that even work when you're fighting guardians in the crucible and Fallen, Cabal, Vex, Taken, Hive and soon to be Devil Splicers in PvE? They're not exactly comparable... Their "philosophy" is really pissing me off.
-
Single biggest mistake Bungle made. Lazy programming at it's finest. We can only hope they separate the two, for Destiny 2. So many fine PVE weapons ruined because of this..What a shame.!!!
-
Most of this patch was buffs. Bungie already responded to this in an interview, they want our Guardians performing consistently in both game types.

Destiny's strength is in its unity and its... diageticness? I think it's hilarious there are still people who don't realize this.

Edited by Vampireknight: 9/11/2016 5:25:39 AMI really wonder did bungie even think about pve when they made the touch of malice or the high impact snipers damage nerf?
-
-
Bump. The only way to send the message that this is unacceptable is to stop buying their game.
-
Bungie should of took us out to dinner first before -blam!-ing us like this!! I don't even know why we have a feedback section or a damn community wish list if they rarely listen to what we want. The majority of people who play this wanted buffs, but instead we get unwanted nerfs ( TOM nerf was just a slap in the face ). Definitely not getting destiny 2 especially if I'm paying for nerfed -blam!-ed up guns and nerfed subclasses thanks to whiney crucible babies.
-
Bump. They said at first it wasn't possible, and that was their excuse, and then they had separate nerfs / buffs for pve and pvp in April. It is possible. They just enjoy screwing us pve players so hard they don't want to do it

Edited by Sage 13: 9/11/2016 3:49:11 PMThe ammo nerf hardly affected PvP. Snipers & shotguns are used as primaries, and the ammo drops aren't random because you know when the next ammo box is coming so you're ready for it. It negatively affected PvE though because just like everything else, Bungie made ammo drop randomly. Nothing was worse than being in the Taken Cabal PoE with multiplying Taken Psions and no ammo anywhere & you already used a synth. Or just one little green box in a sea of Taken spamming Captains... That is just one of the many reasons why they should separate PvE & PvP. I know they want consistency between the two, but given all the variety of gear, that's honestly really difficult to achieve, and they haven't done that for the past 2 years.

I think the same vote here guys https://www.bungie.net/it/Forums/Post/210633226?sort=0&page=0

I agree with what you are saying, but I don't really think we need universal remote in pve, it's kind of useless lol
-
i agree, PvP players are always the first to complain.
-
....yeah bump

I wrote topic about the very same thing I'm tired of PVP nerf killing the pve game
-
I have noticed the difference in damage output by snipers. Which were already lackluster thanks to what I consider the worst nerf in Destiny history: the ammo nerf. Bungie's philosophy of nerfing the good stuff to balance out to the bad stuff is just an amazingly idiotic mindset. "Become Legend" they say... More like "Become Weaker and Compensate"
-
Going into Destiny 2, I don't see how Bungie can justify screwing up PvE to make PvP balanced.
-
I'm just tired of only have 15 rounds for my god damn shotgun. Or 14 for my sniper. It's ridiculous. I'm constantly starved for ammo because jackasses in pvp. They constantly tweak guns because people whine about being killed by them in pvp. Just separate the damage tables, give me back my ammo, and be done with it.
-
Good luck bungie won't do it because they said there not going to. They want us to have our own unique guardians but when they have been hurt so much by nerfs its useless. Our guns suck our subclasses are worst an the only way to fix it is to seperate but bungie won't do it an they already said it will never happen. That's why destiny 2 will suck cause it will be the same an me getting people to join me in saying destiny 2 needs to wait alot longer so it can be thought threw more thoroughly will never happen.

I shouldn't have to sweat if I'm fighting more than one dreg

Edited by Silent: 9/11/2016 12:21:11 AMWhat amazes me is that PvP is their main focus in a game advertised for their PvE. Bungie needs to get their priorities straight.
