Stormcaller, I've killed everything else many times over... A stormcaller has a bubble of death around it, getting no close is impossible when he has his sights trained on you. Any slight damage reduction would probably be too much, a range nerf would hurt pve. It just is as what it is...maybe more drain on a guardian kill...than atleast it wouldn't have as much uptime. It's basically the shotgun of the supers...
