Sun breakers certainly evoke fear but the reason storm is winning the poll is when I think back, I remember all the times I've successfully ran away from hammers unscathed or shut them down. And then I think back to how many times I've ran and caught that lightening in my back or missed that critical one shot chance to head snipe him out of it.
