STORMCALLER?! LMAO SIKE!
Everyone is all like "they have too much range", meanwhile I fusion melee every Stormcaller too stupid to get close.
Nah, I'd say Golden Gun. Pound for pound, no super has the chance to outright stop 3 other supers in rapid succession (not just suppressing them either, I mean no other super is outright killing 3 Guardians mid super).
Edit - remember that Deadeye buffs GG damage now, Guardians.

Golden gun doesn't grant any additional armor. If you have a shotgun or any sniper you can shut down Golden Gun.
-
Able and willing don't mean I'm not going to melt you the instant I see you. Never ever been killed with a shotty during GG, AND the occasional douche sniper catches me with a body shot every now and then I guess.
-
Golden gun doesn't grant any additional armor. If you have a shotgun or any sniper you can shut down Golden Gun.
What you said I literally do that for every roaming super lol.
-
You can use a Weyloran's March to shut down other roaming supers.... "If you have a shotgun or any sniper you can shut down Golden Gun.".
-
Exactly.

It was correct the first time.

Not even close. Snipers can wreck any super with a headshot, for starters. Overshield doesn't change that. That's why rez-sniping is a thing. You can also shotgun melee any roaming super and win the engagement. Sad thing about a Slinger is, I'm not gonna be close enough for you to do anything but get burnt to a crisp.
-
High impact snipers can wreck all Supers, you don't need a high impact sniper to shutdown Golden Gun. So while Golden Gun deals an impressive amount of damage its pretty much one of the easiest supers to kill, anything that can kill a normal health guardian will kill Gunslinger. "Sad thing about a Slinger is, I'm not gonna be close enough for you to do anything but get burnt to a crisp." You'll go through the chokepoint or I'll just play keep away until your Supers timer runs out, either way I'll be fine.
-
Edited by What I Look Like: 9/5/2016 12:53:54 AMThat sounds cute on paper, but you're severely underestimating the fact that my bullets travel through the air lmfao. Keep telling yourself you can play keep away forever. Try to run from me, get blindsided by another Guardian on my team. It's cake. I don't need to walk through any choke point, I'm holding a gun with more range on it than a male porn star.

"Keep telling yourself you can play keep away forever. Try to run from me, get blindsided by another Guardian on my team. It's cake." It's not difficult to break line of sight buddy and if one of your teammates does kill me your team still don't get as many points as they would have if your super was what killed me. "I don't need to walk through any choke point, I'm holding a gun with more range on it than a male porn star." You still have to be able to see me in order to attempt to hit me with Golden Gun, hence the chokepoint. You have to round that corner or walk through that doorway to see me.
-
You should be scared of smart Gunslingers. Unpredictable cross-map death.
-
A Stormcaller or even Bladedancer scares me more than a Gunslinger. A person who actually knows how to use those subclasses is even scarier than a Gunslinger. I say this as a person who plays a lot as a Hunter.

It's too Bad GG can't one shot Strikers, Defenders, Voidwalkers, or Tethers out of their Supers. They can't even kill a Ram Radiant Skin Warlock. But somehow the remaining 4/9 count as every super.

Spoiler Alert every roaming super and panic super making helmets like Eternal Warrior and Skill of dire Ahamkara useless.
-
Oh I told him, with good detail, how wrong he was lmao. And I added an edit to my initial comment.

Edited by What I Look Like: 9/4/2016 5:25:48 AMDo you even Deadeye? Your old info is adorable, but nothing can tank GG now hun. Plus.. every single example you gave was situational, back then, to a huge degree. Striker - needs max armor Voidwalker during Nova bomb cast - Dire Helm of Ahamkara, an exotic boosting armor ONLY during Nova bomb cast and improving siphoning (what a waste of an exotic slot, only to still get melted thanks to my Deadeye perk).. Defender- literally needs to be in his bubble. One or two shots pop it at distance, third tears through your overshield and ravages you Tether- as in a Nightstalker mid cast? Yes.. you've always been able to melt them with a GG shot
-
Lol I guess the Stormcallers you run into don't know the proper way to use blink. I personally have NEVER been killed out of my super..unless by foh or Nova bomb. Rarely by foh though
-
Edited by What I Look Like: 9/4/2016 4:26:51 AMAssuming all Stormcallers run Ionic Blink lol. Trust me, I'd melt/stab you out of your blink. Isn't too hard considering I've been playing for a while and the path of teleportation is outlined OH so clearly.
-
Yeah and really the blink can also give a chance for me to readjust. It's like shadestep. It helps you, but it can also help me lol
-
Edited by What I Look Like: 9/4/2016 5:18:03 AMThey don't know.. shhhh! Ionic Blink is more effective when used to enter the optimal range of Stormtrance, IMO.
-
This is what a team that fight back looks like. People need to stop running.

Agreed 100%
