From year 1, people have laughed in the face of NLB. Many have tried to use this weapon, failed and deemed it a terrible weapon. It's definitely decent but needs an overhaul of how The Master perk works. First off, make The Master perk permanently active after landing your first precision kill in the magazine. So you land a precision hit with your first bullet then you have 5 bullets doing increased damage. Increase the bonus precision damage by 12%. This will mean that users will be able to one shot players out of armour buffed supers. This supposedly has the same stats as Ice Breaker so why is one able to one shot supers whilst the other is not even with the master perk active. However make these changes disappear when the player tries to reload. This will mean that the player will have to choose between one shotting potential 'supered' guardians or reload exploiting to get off lots of shots against multiple opponents. [spoiler]For those against the reload exploit, it's been there since the weapon was first introduced and if Bungie seen it as a problem and broke the game then it would have fixed/patched by now.[/spoiler] And finally, bump up reserve ammo to match that of other snipers in Destiny.
