Destiny The Collection Upgrade glitch

There is a glitch in the store that is not allowing people who own TTK on 360 to buy the collection upgrade. I believe this is affecting people who bought TTK on 360 using the in game purchase option. I do not believe the Xbox store properly recognizes the license even though the Destiny game itself does. I believe this is the reason for this glitch because I bought TTK through the Xbox store last September and was able to buy the upgrade package no problem. My brother bought it through the in game purchase option and cannot buy the collection upgrade even though he meets the criteria. The Xbox store on 360 still shows a price of $29.99 for him whereas it shows as owned for me. We are not game sharing. We are not under the same roof. We both purchased legitimately on two different accounts on two different systems. Please pass this info along to Bungie if you have that ability. Like I said I am confident the problem lies with having purchased TTK on 360 through the in game purchase option rather than buying directly through the marketplace. I'm asking Bungie Help to connect with Xbox support as they are unable or unwilling to fix this issue that is directly affecting your customers ability to buy and play your game. Thx.

    Thanks for posting this info! We pretty much came to the same conclusion that the issue lies with the Taken king license in [url=https://www.bungie.net/en/Forums/Post/211967253]this thread [/url]as well, but your info is more precise. I also purchased TTK via the in-game prompt on the 360 as it wasn't available for me in the store at that time so this is starting to make more sense. *Edit: Come to think of it when I go to enter the TTK code via the in-game prompt on my xbox one a code is auto generated for me but it is too many characters. I've tried removing some characters on the front and back but it doesn't seem to work. Maybe this is part of the glitch.
