I personally think special weapons are perfect at the moment. Fusion rifles, sidearms, shotguns and snipers are all working as intended. As for primaries, I think low RoF hand cannons (eyasluna archetype), Thorn, pulse rifles of the hawksaw archetype, all scout rifles, Last word, and high RoF autorifles are all serving their purpose and are perfectly balanced.
Weapons that are too strong
Universal remote: (so that it can not outrange a partycrasher/conspiracy theory D) - remember, it will still have a higher rate of fire than those guns, plus crowd control.
Grasp of Malok: It is a 3 burst kill, just like the hawksaw, but with a significantly higher rate of fire, it should do 21 to the head instead of 23. Bodyshot damage should stay the same, this will prevent a 3 burst kill, and will make it a solid 4 burst.
Weapons that are too weak:
Any weapon that I did not list earlier: Low and medium RoF pulses, High RoF handcannons, low RoF RoF auto rifles, and anythig else I may have forgotten to list
Changes i would like to see:
Hand cannons cause slightly more stagger
Remove bloom from hand cannons
