A Tale of Two Gardians
I'm linked with a friend but we can't seem to get the first part of the quest to complete. I've done all the story missions with him but the quest will not complete. Are we doing something wrong?

1 Reply2 of your characters are needing to complete patrols and get a gold rating in a public event. Your third character you are on the step where you need to complete the daily heroic mission.
