High-Impact Hand Cannons!

3-shot kill is fine

So I've been thinking maybe if they tone high impact hand cannons down a little notch, maybe a 4-shot kill minimum, maybe something else like lower rate of fire; that this would be okay. [b]IF[/b] Bungie also slowed [b]high rate of fire low impact[/b] pulse rifles time to kill in addition. Then there's [b]Mida[/b] of course.... I think these 2 tweaks could help out with balancing just the last few things that are pretty nuts and make primary gunplay more diverse. What do you guys think? Comment and vote; I'm really curious! [b]EDIT:[/b] It seems people are assuming I'm calling these weapons overpowered. I don't mean this at all. I simply mean that HRoF pulse rifles, and high impact hand cannons outclass other weapon types by such a deal that there are some useless weapon archetypes.

  • High impact should kill in 2 hits, and most high impact hc have a slow fire rate, almost anything will outgun it. If you cant combat it, your crap. If anything, they should 2 hit. Anyone not running a high impact hc can gat 2 hits as long as they have litc.
