Cant acess account
I play on PS4 but last time i played was on PS3 (yesterday, before reset). Right now i can't access my account on the companion app or any third party app. Not home at the moment so i can't try to log in locally on my PS4. Is this a known issue?

Hey. I'm on PS4, and the other day I got a message on my ps4 telling me to update my account settings and change password. I think they did something to their account verification process, so my guess is you may have to go through that when you next log in on your ps4. They send you an email with a link to do it, but you need to be on a pc to change it I believe. Not 100% sure if that's your problem, but it's something I had to do so I figured I'd share this little tidbit of info. Hope it helps.
