Absolutely not. In fact, they need to increase the damage of low impact handcannons and low rate of fire autos, pulse, and scouts.

They do [b]ABSOLUTELY [/b]need to increase damage of slower rate of fire weapons. Because right now many of them are functionally useless. But in order for this to work I feel that high impact handcannons need to he kept on that same par.
