My issue with the exotic class item is it gives you rep for that faction only and you habe to be allied with that faction to equip. I already leveled it up 25 times and got everything that faction has to offer why keep leveling it? If anything having it equipped should let you into a higher drop rate for that faction or a different swt of rewards only obtainable by having it equipped.

Well to be fair, the exotic faction item seems to be THE item to represent the faction. Unfortunately not much of a reason to wear one other than for its looks atm or to change right before exchanging materials for faction points.

Right i get that but i get the exotic and can't use it right away because i have to lvl up other factions. Seems silly to get ine faction to 100 and the others be low or zero.

Edited by SamSu916: 8/30/2016 11:59:34 PMI actually have all 3 of them at 25+ right now, I do alternate depending on my mood or just looking for a specific drop. Remember, it is a faction though. If you were say New Monarchy, New Monarchy would PROBABLY want you to be New Monarchy 100 and Dead Orbit+Future War Cult 0 lol.
