Call there ass up on the phone. tell them to recriedit you the money to rebuy it they can check to see you had it. If they tell you no then Xbox 1 is master console. because that happened to me I bought it digital on 360 installed on it and my xbox 1 .Played more on 360 do to more friends having 360s .went to the 1 and it was gone telling me to repurchase it .my ass was on the phone after about an hour or so Microsoft refunded me my money to my xbox and I repurchased it . Hope this may help you out .they know you bought it they can check and refund don't take no for an answer . good luck Guardian good luck .

I actually don't think psn gives you refunds but whatever it's worth a shot

No luck. I called them three times. First a guy picked up and we couldn't understand each other, then the second man said no refunds, and the last girl just had to be stupid.
