To clarify...high impact SR should kill scoped in snipers with 2 crit shots...ONLY scoped in snipers though.

That still sounds incredibly OP. That's like saying arc blade hits should deal 4x damage against titans, and only when they're in the middle of Fist of Havoc. It might be really situational, but it would really punish snipers more than they should be.
