Nope, snipers don't need another nerf. I use both shotguns and snipers fairly often, and they are balanced at best. I still think that shotguns reign supreme in the higher tier of skill levels, so snipers are fine. If anything, I'd want them to have their handling speed back again. I don't care how much they buff shotguns as long as I get to use snipers the way they were in year 1 with lightning fast handling.

Lightning fast whilst a user has a body of steel aiming down sight (maintains good enough aim to be on the mark consistently under fire of most magnitudes) and no signs of life (breathing/unsteadiness)? You also have to consider the mobility options that players have in this game. The slower handling is, the more difficult it is for even the best for snipers to make use of them.
