I have the exact same problem, but only playing destiny. My upnp is enabled.

While playing alone or with multiple consoles on the network? Because this only occurs whenever I'm playing with my brother on the same LAN.

Damn, that sucks, although it makes me kind of relieved I'm not the only one experiencing this, so it's probably not on our ends. I just hope they fix it, as of now the only solution I've got is connecting 1 PS4 to the mobile-cellphone sharing.
