Did you buy Destiny on the Xbox One? Or are you upgrading from the 360?

Year One was on Xbox 360, I upgraded to a Xbox One with the launch of TTK if I remember correct. I will try the things you linked. Thanks for the fast reply

The Rise of Iron is a DLC only, it sounds like you are missing the Destiny base game, so you would need a Destiny Disc or a Digital copy of Destiny. You could buy Destiny - The Collection or Destiny - The Collection Upgrade they both come with a Digital copy of Destiny and all 4 DLC's including Rise of Iron. (Digital copy of Destiny, Expansion I: The Dark Below, Expansion II: House of Wolves, The Taken King, Rise of Iron, and a Level 40 Character Boost.)
