I'm saying this mainly because of Hawkmoon but also in general, the perk Hammer Forged provides too little of a benefit compared to other perks like Rifled Barrel or Send It. Now I know that those perks have downsides which is why they give more range, but Hammer Forged gives way too little. It gives 10 range on a HC while Rifled gives 20, which I think is a bit extreme to judge a small reload speed decrease to being equal to double the range value. Two ways this can be buffed: 1. Replace Hammer Forged with Send It in all cases and remove the ammo nerf from Send It, the slow handling is enough. 2. Give Hammer Forged some more range, increase by 40-50%
