Typical bungie customer support..non existent with plenty of fingers to point. I stopped playing for several reasons and this was one of them now I've got the boys all riled up that this deal may get me back into it and guess what? BOTCHED before it's even released. I purchased everything on the 360 without the pass. It seems they like the path EA has gone down. How can bungie state they aren't accountable for the selling of their product? They will have us do the work for them and complain to Microsoft? Lol some customer support..No number no response..nothing... That's bungie customer support. Why can't you sell it on your webpage? Everyone else can. You have direct access to everyone's account so you know who and who isn't eligible so why not sell it on your web site? Rant over.. Seriously irritated
