I was thinking today maybe remove the mulligan perk off nlb and replace it with something like outlaw. Im not sure if outlaw would help with the bolt action. Maybe if precision kills increased handling it would be easier to use. Also, this weapon needs an ammo capacity buff. (but we know this already) Edit: increase impact as well
