This, because it's NOT funny to be able to hold 11 rounds on a sniper (a special ammo pack DOESN'T even give me a full mag). You know what comes in result to this? Everyone looking for ammo perks in their armor pieces. I do that, I have specific armor sets for both Shotgun and Sniper. I also noticed recently that heavy ammo and special ammo perks gives more ammo that the specific ammo perks for specials (and just gives ammo for heavy since we don't have chestpieces with specific heavy ammo perks) in the chestpiece armor, which are (for titan) Twilight Garrison and The Armamentarium.

No problem, glad it helped in some way, I just wanted to give my 5 cents on this topic. Since I came back on may the reduced ammo capacity for PvE seemed totally unnecesary.
