I've been playing since the alpha. Never seen those have burns. But I know in the pre alpha stuff, exotics did have burns. Arc would make sense for Hardlight due to the color of the rounds fired from it. I've seen pictures from early pre alpha footage and I know Bad Juju was originally a void weapon.

Yeah. I cant remember which ones exactly but some definitely had burns haha
