Bring back shot package Allow reactive reload to be on pulses again (at a very low drop rate of course for those who went threw the "god roll hop scotch meta") Snipers dont need a change because they have only been touched once or twice since destiny began. Weapon hit detection would help as well. Also make armor upgrades/perks do some thing. Such as: Weapon reloader perks on gauntlets- they dont reload fast consistently. Only really noticeably on hc but still inconsistent. Increased armor while using solar, arc or void sub classes- this doesnt do anything but give people something to read during loading screens.
