Says that kings fall was a mechanic type raid and players have complained or disliked that even after exceeding the enemy level they felt it was trivial to complete it.
So vote for what u think should define how a raid challenge occurs. I vote for mechanics. Kings fall is super fun and needing a whole team to actually be involved makes raiding worth the struggle considering max light is obtainable through other means in the game world today.
