Fatal Vision drops from vanguard rank packages. I dunno if it's drop rate is low, as most of everyone I know who does some Vanguard related things have one (myself included). The IB ships seem to rarely drop. Thoughtcrime I've only seen drop twice since it was a thing (one for me early on and one for a blueberry two banners ago). Dunno if it's either majorly bugged like Comitatus, or just that crazy low of a drop If it makes you feel any better, I haven't gotten the Bane of Dark Gods from hard Crota. Just doesn't want to be in my loot table. I have been majorly wondering about them crucible ships though....
