Your lucky to get a 320 Artifact. For the last two IB's both my son in law and I received BLUE artifacts at around 290 LL. We were both at LL 335. I don't mind that for an occasional End Game reward but for reaching IB Level 3 that is actually farcical. It is not even worth leaving IB to collect.

They decided after finally hitting rank 3, we get some armor materials and glimmer. [spoiler]because literally no one keeps it.[/spoiler]

Edited by destinyfuture: 8/19/2016 10:26:40 PMthat's pretty much what you get when you play with one character and finish the story, you'll see they refuse to give you anything higher then 280 ! It was infuriating trying to get some good artifact when I was playing with one character
