If managing to retrieve the piece of the traveler from the moon and destroying the black heart, why hasn't the traveler regained any noticeable strength? And it appears that rise of iron won't have much of any emphasis on the traveler, so how long exactly until the traveler regains any strength to do something.
I don't necessarily expect the lore buffs to have enough info to answer this. If they do, great. But if not, bungie needs to get this thing rolling. The traveler is on all their promotional material and yet has less gameplay impact than even that one ogre that spawns in skywatch.

Because it's a multi-billion year old entity that has spent the last couple hundred years comatose while its strength is drained, after a massive exertion of strength during the Collapse. It's going to take awhile before it recovers.

That's because if you think about the massive size of the traveler and the fact that it's lived for thousands of years, it would take hundreds of years to repair the damage its retained
