Confused If Xbox One users have to perform a account transfer. If so, why haven't I recieved the dialog telling me to?

Please help. I'm on Xbox One and today I tried to log on to pick up foundry orders but I was stuck of the connecting screen after you press start. But if I started destiny, wouldn't I have got the dialog??? PLEASE HELP!!!!!!!!

  • Did you ever get to the character select screen yesterday? There were some issues with xbox live core services yesterday, and then later there were a reports of people getting stuck either in orbit with "waiting for party stabilization", or just after the title screen, but before being able to select a character. I think the prompt to import comes up before you could pick a character.
