I've had only 1 outlandishly laggy game out of at least 15 matches this time around so far but I assume there are many factors that come into play.
In terms of p2p based matchmaking in the iron banner event this week, I've noticed a lot less red bars and laggy scenarios..
I guess everybody experiences it differently. For the most part, I'm relatively happy with how things have been on my end.
I have been noticing a lot more one sided matches though..
I have been paired with 1 or 2 players against a team of 6 more often lately..(3v6 for entire game)
Sometimes I'm heartbroken and know our team will most certainly lose but at the same time, I don't want to quit mid game or else it makes it that much more frustrating for those who are on my team.
Hopefully I'll see less one-sided matches in the future :)

But I have had a lot of seriously laggy games, few good ones and a lot of one sided slaughters. As in, you either destroy them and they can barely touch you or vice versa. There's nothing like a match where it's so close it's constantly flipping the lead, but when it comes to the Iron Banner that's an enormous rarity unfortunately. It's a great shame considering it's supposed to be the games big tournament and guardian PvP showdown! Sort it out Bungle and kick your crucible programmers asses!
