You would have to make the drop rate 100% for us to get a decent roll on a certain weapon. Not necessarily a "God" roll, just a decent roll. I can deal with other "issues" in the game because it it most definitely a great game, but this one in particular has puzzled me since it was changed. Re-rolling was broken because you could do it as many times as your weapon parts would allow, creating "God" rolls for all. Making the second Re-roll stick would take away some God Rolls, but still allow a chance for one, but also a chance for a different roll. I say Re-rolling twice, and be able to "lock" one perk each time would be more enjoyable.
