Try again. That has little to do with it. I am familiar with the problem. It all boils down to servers. I have always had the same problem. I tested the theory when on vacation half a country away. About same Internet speeds and to my surprise, I played like a destiny god. When I returned home, back to barely average. Bungie has match making and server issues they absolutely refuse to recognize. Worse, they don't care as long as gamers keep giving them money.
