I don't know the names of perks but I do know what I want. That's why I haven't dismantled my patience and time. The description of the perks was good. I just don't know the names :/

I'm not a big sniper, at least not in this game. I dont think snipers are meant to be used at anything less than long range. In most games I can out gun a sniper at close range with just about any gun. Destiny is a little differnt so I'm trying them out to see if I can enjoy short to medium range sniping.
