Trials lfg is so annoying

I'm pretty average at trials, the highest Elo I have had is 1450 and my kd sucks. My current Elo is 1350 and my kid is now up to 0.9 from 0.5 in year 1. Been flawless a few times. If I reset my character and only played sweaty I think I would probably be a 1500 Elo 1.2 kd. However I like playing with my friends who don't take trials too seriously hence why my Elo takes a hit every time I play with them, and I don't want to reset a character I have 20+ days on. This basically means I cant find a legit flawless team on lfg when I want to play seriously. Does anyone else have this problem? They see my 0.9kd and average Elo and immediately move on. This basically means a lfg gap exists between players not just a skill gap as people often assume. My solution would be to keep characters stats independent of each other on trials report so you can have fun on one character and play hard on another. Any thoughts?

 • Just find a team that doesn't say they will check stats. Some people (like me) just ask for people who are good and know what they are doing. I personally don't check stats when I'm looking for people to play with. I don't even check my own stats. I don't know my kd. I know that I'm usually playing good enough to go flawless and when I ask for people I expect them to know weather they are good or not and be honest about it. I'll find out within the first card anyways. No need to check stats. Some people just play solo alot, play with people who suck, or just randoms from lfg, who still have to find their groove as a team. All of this drops your stats, while you can still be a good player.
It's peoples right to ask for a certain rating or kd. They might be elitists, they might not have much time. Maybe they're just looking for a carry themselves. Just don't reply to posts like that if you don't have the stats. Also maybe that's just me, but I think I never went flawless with a team that was asking for such specific requirements. Usually the ones that ask for people who know what they're doing are the better teams ;)
