Nah but that would be cool.
Maybe it could make them glow. Like a white version of the Fang of Ir Yût's effect.
And make people do like 1% more damage to them for every shot they've taken in the past 5-10 seconds
For PvE make it 2% for ever shot but only make it stack to about 5 times.
So it can only apply 5 times and do a net 10% extra damage from all sources.
Wouldn't really do much to PvP and can help in PvE

Or heal team mate by shooting them? Could make some interesting strategies

This is an awesome idea - would have to be on a cool down or some such to avoid potential game breaking but would really increase gameplay options!
